What shipping company does Aideashome use?

To ensure safe delivery of all your order(s), we use registered mail service for all local orders using local courier service (Pos Laju, J&T, DHL etc.).

Do you ship to oversea?

For international order(s), kindly contact our Customer Service Officers at info@aideashome.com

How long before i receive my order?

Once your order(s) is placed, kindly allow 2 – 3 business days (Monday to Friday 10am – 5pm) for your order(s) to be processed and another 1- 2 business days for delivery.

Should there be any problems with your order(s) (received wrong items, items condition damaged, etc.) please drop us an email at info@aideashome.com as soon as possible with your order number. Your satisfaction and happiness is our utmost priority and we will try our very best to resolve any issue that might occur.

What if I need to modify my order?

Can I return or request refund items I've bought?

All goods sold are not refundable or returnable.

Situation where returning or refunding applicable?

If your package arrives broken or you received an incorrect item, we are here to assist. We will refund you via bank credit. The bank credit will include the total amount of refunded item(s) including shipping fees, if applicable. Do note that bank credit takes up to 4 weeks to process.

We will ask you to return the incorrect products and will be providing you with the necessary return instructions.

Important Note;

You must lodge the report within 48 hours upon receiving your order(s) but return can only be process on normal business hours Monday to Friday 10am – 5pm.

Discount codes, Gifts, and Policy.

Please note that we do not extend any date for expiry credits. All discount codes and gift cards must be used within the active period stated.

No discount codes or gift cards can be added to orders that have already been paid and refunds will not be given including coupon codes. 

Only one discount code can be applied per order. You may use the other discount code for your next purchase within its active period.
